again. If your family visa has not been switched to the work visa, it means that you are still on the family visa. Work visa must be stamped into the passport or attached to the passport. If this has not been done, it means you are not a Work visa holder, even though it was issued for you.
Now. If THIS is a case, forget about a work visa, as it will be expired by itself in 3 months from the date of issue.
Now take care of your family visa. Since you have entered Qatar on this visa, this visa was valid for 30 days. In order to extend it up to 6 months, you had to undergo a Medical exam (has it been done)?
Anyway,if you say July 20st is a maximum validity of the visa (it will be 6 months since you entered Qatar?), you can do nothing but exit Qatar. But good news is that you don't need a NOC. Although you will need an exit permit from your current sponsor in case work visa isn't expired yet.
If i knew the situation in greater details, i could have advised better.
I don't know when you entered Qatar on Family visa. I don't know whether or not you have done your Medical for he family visa extension. i don't know for how long your family visa was extended. i don't know when the wokr visa was issued. which is why it's a bit diffilult to advise.
But the main point is to make sure whether or not you are on Work visa. And if NOT, to keep acting as if you are a Family visa holder, i.e. to track the expiry date and to exit qatar once it's expired. If by the time when you have to exit Qatar on family visa, your work visa is still valid, you will have to ask the Company for the exit permit.
