Check following
1) Eligibility of your Designation.
2) Descripancies in Labour contract.
It should state your family status as well as all the total salary should match with the salary in NOC !!
3) Your qualifications, company's profile everything matters now.

What I suggest you, go & try to meet Captain who can speak english well and get the reasons. For me, its took hardly 4 days to get approved. Wt ever you mentioned only I submitted !! Best of luck
