now that they died without proper docs, they became a cause of problem. first on how to repatriate back the cadavers, next is how to give insurance coverage to the next of kins. lucky maybe these filipinas the qatar govt or villgio may had given support.. and all others kind hearted.
but what if these accidents happens on less known instances to others who had taken a gamble to go outside (not only qatar) and take work thru non documented ways?
the government has a policy to cover only those documented ofws, simply because they paid insurance premiums prior to leaving out of country for work.
imagined if so many would try going out of country and took dangerous jobs abroad. who else will be burdened heavily on their mishaps?
