Philippine Government is doing the right way for its countrymen, its just u who is doing in a back door way. Of course you will not be allowed, its part of human trafficking problem in the whole world. If you come for a business visa then show some proof/documents that you have a business deals from the receiving company that includes everything acomodation & transpo or hotel reservation arranged by the receving company. This is how I did during my first entry to Doha, then its my receving company who work-on for my RP and then I went to POLO for the OWWA registration. If you come for a tourist visa, contact any hotel in Doha to assist you. Use the real purpose when you reach Doha but at philippine imigration show proof/purpose according to your visa. Amen...
