FYI, anyone with valid RP and gone out of the country for more than 6 months, the RP will be automatically cancelled and not valid to come back here again without re-applying for another one. Because as I understand your family are out of the country already so they need to come back within 6months, failed to come back means RP are cancelled and not valid anymore.
