alcohol is made from starch, sugar and other carbohydrates by fermentation, now that includes fruits rootcrops, legumes, even animals consuming these things will surely have alcohol in them,

On the other hand, There will be enough food for countries dying from hunger if millions avoid using food with alcoholic traces. ;)
