Exactly WHO put the "NO SMOKING" signs on the tables and on the walls?? The EXPATS?? I don't think so!! We have never set the rules in this country and never will.
But if the rules are THERE, they should be enforced!! It is for everyone's benefit, not just the expats!
I'm so tired of EVERY post becoming an "US vs THEM" issue! Everyone should just grow up and take responsibility for their actions!!
