to get females visa in general is much more difficult than visas for the males.
why are you so sure that philippinas can get it? Filipina female visa is next to impossible to get.
And hey.. you are agree on "Dubai image" of russians, and you even admit that "ukrainian girls and belorussian r the same way, if u mean Dubai".. :)hhhmmmm...
