This is only feasible if a person of high authority officially gives us, the EXPATS, permission/authority to point out the wrongs when we see them.
And even then, if there is no serious follow up by this person, nothing will change.
And we all know that will never happen.

We, the RESIDENT expats have to live here, we are here for a reason and anybody who has been in the ME longer than a day KNOWS what can and can't be done.Simple as that.
