what if her husband has no passport yet because he is working in the phil? i think what she can submit is a copy of her passport showing the stamped dates of departure and and arrival in qatar & phil and also the copy of authenticated/red ribboned marriage certificate stamped by phil embassy in doha & DFA qatar...the original documents must be ready if requested by the hospital for verification...
