Hold on let me get this straight..i remember you posting about how people were posting ads on Ql with your phone number.
Then you go and make a new QL id and post your number again or you post a new number?
1. If you posted the same old number with "seeking friends" as bait..of course you will get people sending you sms..in my opinion that wont hold up in court if you instigated this. Plus it does not prove that the people who called you were the same that posted that ads.
2. If you posted with a new number, again does not prove anything.
I can post my number on QL today and say "seeking friends" and i'd still get sms's from lonely people here.
