You would think that Qatar didn't have that many young men to spare. I would imagine it's getting to the point of a national emergency. What percentage of young men are being slaughtered on the roads in Qatar? Surely it is significant. When it becomes a critical mass something will be done. I worry about the gene pool even now. It has to be severely diminished. Each young man who loses his life leaves a void of an average of, say, six children. That's a lot to lose with such small population.
