As has been said before - the law should come down heavily on irresponsibility on the roads - it doesnt - therefore the law and its upholders together with the judiciary are at fault. You address one side of the equation and the other will come into balance soon enough - whilst certain elements of this society drive secure in the knowledge that they will NOT be held accountable for their actions on the roads, then nothing of any significance will change. I would like to see custodial sentences levied across the board proportional to the offence irrespective of nationality. Until that happens, threads like this are pi..ing in the wind.
