IF your wife is still under your sponsorship, no need exit at all, she can travel any time before expiry date of visit visa. If she is already transferred to work visa, then the company should give her exit. If this is serious medical unfit then from CID will follow up you regarding, when you are sending her back to home country, since all the medical unfit will be handover to CID department. If they would not follow up you through phone then she can stay till 6th July. Take care.
