1. The ban period is 2 yrs. But if the company you work for files a Blacklisting on you it is for life.

2. Well in this case the bank will file a case against you so you will not be able to leave/exit the country without paying all your DUTIES.

3. Having a certain "nationality" does not help in here. Debts are debts and must be paid. If you are terminated and banned then that's it.
