And there are plenty of units there so as far as I know, there are also many design or unit preferences (there are units with swimming pool at the rear, there are units with backyard although small, some units are attached, some are duplex type and some are apartment types. So it really depends on where are you located.
And before you move-in, you surveyed the place, right? So it was your decision to live there. After completing your contract, you can choose to live somewhere else or renegotiate your current unit, either to lower the rent or transfer to a much better unit. It is still within your power.
