I know and chinese are doing extremely well in Angola and Congo. They are doling out huge infrastructure projects in these two countries with looking for short term gains. I think they are looking at long term strategic partnership to exploit the resources more comprehensively ;)

Good thing to do to avoid being called out sooner. Afterall chinese are smarter than others is what I think :))
