I feel the OP's way of tackling the situation was both brave and right. How many folks would have either turned a blind eye and scurried away, or watched the whole scene like as though it was some kinda entertainment gimmick then come and ranted on QL,having done nothing to help? Rather the OP helped and brought the situ under control, which was no small task!
Even if the lady at being yelled at had made a mistake ,yelling at her in front of her child and other people, is plain wrong. And I feel had the Asian woman really been at fault, then the lady in abayah would have called security/cops rather than shouting at her for all and sundry to hear. All in all a terrible scene all right!
