Please have all your documentation with you and write out your story carefully, it's a little muddy as you tell it here. Looks like your complaint is that your salary is in arrears. Please have all paycheck stubs available. It MAY be legal to take an exit fee from you if you didn't fulfill the time on your contract. Who is it you are seeking redress from? The manager?
