We've had an excellent experience with regards to our six-year-old daughter. The facilities are excellent, small instructional class sizes (usually 3 or 4), and knowledgable instructors. It's Qatar, so nothing is perfect, but we plan to continue for so long as we are here.
The prices are not cheap. It requires an annual membership of 500 and then each lesson is about 65 (you have to commit to lessons by the month and pay in advance).
I don't know much about the adult options, but I imagine pricing is similar. If you have a hard time reaching them by phone, just stop by and discuss it with them. IMO the staff are well organized and helpful.
