it looks like Ezdan would be perfect for you. I don't say, Ezdan is perfect accommodation, but they are the only ones who rent the apartments for the short period of time in West bay (diplomatic area) for your budjet.
Other towers are either much more expensive, or they don't rent for less than 1 year.
