To my understanding transferring from sponsor/company you need to have worked at least one full year with your current employer.
The way to transfer would be to have your current employer to issue a NOC for sponsorship transfer and then submit to proper authorities for review and approval (subject to authorities decision)
If it can not be done then you MUST leave the country and an automatic 2 years Ban is imposed.
Yet another way would be to get a NOC from current employer, and ask the other company to issue a new VISA on your name.
