Jason, I would suggest she does these things from home.

Cakes and cupcakes, if done well can sell up a storm. Keep an eye open for things like Table Top Sales, which I see alot of advertising for and School Bazaars where she will make a bit of extra cash selling cupcakes.

She can advertise on QL too.

If she is going to be going to peoples homes to do nail and beauty care that might work but there are so many salons around for her to compete with.
