It is not the problem of Alto but it is your personal problem. Why don't you get the car fixed properly? If your axles are not good change them and if you don't have money to get it fixed then why do you keep that car?
I have many friends using Alto 2004 model and I used to travel with them at a speed of above 100 in the highway without any problem. If your car is not moving above 80 take the car to a good mechanic and get it repaired and not blame the car for your own problem.
