Ok here's the story - I came across a case last week where there is a unwanted newborn left by the parents in one hospital. I was told that this baby is not registered anywhere and I have a window of about a week to make a decision. Unregistered birth means that the paperwork can be bypassed by paying to someone and then I can get a passport for the baby with me as the father. Not sure how true is all this info but my heart says that I can take care of this unwanted baby as my own and hopefully provide a good life.
