just the other day, a young local drove a relatively new sedan flying over the sidewalks unto the plot filled with pile of debris... the car was a wreck!

later we found out he car jacked it parked from a local grocery and drove like there's no tomorrow.

no seatbelts at all, but he was saved by air bags...
