they can do an initial interview or just wait for the agency to send the maid. It is completely on the right of the client (employer) to put the maid also on "probationary (read: observation)" period and asked for replacement for whatever valid reason deemed "valid". In this case, I think the reason is "valid".

Again, if they want INDUSTRIOUS, beautiful and presentable maid, they should get a Filipina. If they want INDUSTRIOUS only, then they have other options. LOL!
