Many things change between sending out the invite to a candidadte to appear for an interview and when he/ she actually appears. BTW the guy who interviewed is nuts, he could have as well said that the company would get in touch with you later, only never to return... would have saved him the ire. Also just because someone appeared and in his/ her thinking he/she did the best doesnt necessarily mean he/she should get the job, end of the day it is just his/her thinking. BTW some people do not cry foul due to the pay disparities tilted in their favor, so??
