GSJ, there are so many things you need to learn about raising kids in Islam. It is haram to slap a kids face in Islam. A teacher has no right to beat up the kids in Islam especially those who are under 10. That also they will need explicit permission from their parents to punish their kids and only those who are above 10.
Let alone kids, you are not allowed to slap anyone big or small.
