odd comparison: "66% of overweight or obese black women had high self-esteem, while only 41% of skinny white women could say the same!"
And what about skinny black women and overweight white women? Maybe among skinny black women the percentage of self-esteemed women is much higher than 66%? And among overweight white women the percentage of self-esteemed women is much lower than 41%?
In this case it would give us different study result. It would show us that black women are happier in general, than the white ones, regardless to their weight..
I also doubt that "28% were also more likely to insist that being physically attractive is "very important", while only 11% of white women could say the same."
I am pretty much sure that 100% of ALL women think that being physically attractive is "very important", or even essential.
I don't really believe in such studies. They pull out the details out of the whole context, comparing the incomparable, and come to weird conclusions ..
I personally chose to be skinny and happy. Skinny for my health and look, and happy for my spirit, and by the way, for my health and look as well..
