I bought a steam cleaner last week, and when I opened this supposedly new item I found the water tank still had water in it. So now I'm thinking maybe it is used, but I don't care too much about it and continue to set it up to try out. Within minuets the thing was leaking all over the floor. Obviously the last owner also discovered the leak and returned it, only for it to be repackaged and back on sale again.
