To my knowledge; If your employer has reported you as absconding, the CID will arrest you on sight. If you go to them, they will just thank you for saving them the trouble and lock you up there and then. If you have an NOC that is valid and a letter accepting your resignation then you may stand a chance. But otherwise they will hold you until they are ready to send you home. And even if you do have documented proof that you did not abscond, expect to spend some time in jail until things get verified.
