good day to all of u from me here in Canada.i exited doha last yr and am still communicating with some friends in doha.i am based here now in Canada with my whole family. a friend of mine mentioned to me that he sent a living room appliance thru MAKATI EXPRESS CARGO last january address to manila via air cargo.as he wanted to send it safely, he chooses to send it via air cargo.the packaged arrived after 10 days and was recieved by his members of the family.as to his surprised the family complained to him abt the conditioned of the packaged.the appliance has been totally damaged and cannot use for its intended purpose.he showed me the pics and cannot believed how Makati express delivered such packaged in that horrible condition.the person who delivered the packaged in manila immediately left and cannot be contacted anymore. he complained to Makati express office in doha and got cold treatment.he told me that the person on the counter is very rude and even made stories that the package has been deliverd safely and that the cause of the damage to the appliances was done by his family members.the Makati express office in manila is not even responding to his complaints.he told me that even the people at the counter of Makati express in Doha is'"matapang pa daw sumagot sagot sa kanya and very unprofessional.until now no remedy has been provided.no manager from Makati express talked to him.only the front desk people who are acting uneducated.
he told me lessons learned. marami na daw sya narinig na bad feedback sa Makati express but he refused to believed until such an incident occured to him.di bale daw mawala and isang nike shoes huwag lang daw ang katulad na winasak na appliance ng makati express.
beware mga kababayan sa doha and spread the news about this Makati express cargo who is irresponsible in handling packages. and the people u see on the front desk daw sa office nila sa doha parang hinde mga professional.
so if u want to take the risk...send it to Makati express dangerous courier of Doha.....pag may nawala daw sa bagahe nyo di nila sagot yun.baka daw sa hangin na lang kayo magsumbong...kawawang pamilya ang nag aantay sa bagahi nyo.....ingat mga kabayan sa pagpili ng couriier...
