some people thinking, to get Qatar D/L it is necessary to surrender GCC license, there is no rules like that, some times officer forget to return your original after verification, you can ask him for your license, if you send your company PRO tell him to return your license otherwise he will tell you that withhold by officer to hide his mistake. (normally they miss it somewhere and saying it is taken by police) I am not saying about all PRO's few careless people only.
