i have seen people place Baby On Board Stickers on the windscreen and keeping baby on the lap and driving or carriying baby on one hand and driving with other hand. sometimes sticker is there but all huge babies are sitting in the car.this has become a fasion i think. some are driving recklessly on the road while baby is on board.so others are careful but the father doesn't care about driving while his baby sitting behind him.
