Best advise I could give you is to try to gain experience (at least 4 years minimum) before venturing abroad. This way you'll have enough skill and expertise to contribute to your prospective company, should you by then, would still like to work overseas.
There are many opportunities in the Philippines right now since the economy is picking-up despite the current global recession being experienced. In fact most Pinoy OFW professionals are seriously considering repatriating.
