really the BIG BOSS, then your duty is to obey orders. Or pack your things and hope you can go home safe and sound. Even the Assistant Director said she could not do anything, so the best thing is for the parents concern to file a formal complaint against this heartless Director (or whoever ordered her/him) to order the detention! All we can do is learn from this incident. If it happen in our home country, there are other ways to get even!
