It is road policing at a distance. How many people do you actually see being pulled over for traffic violations? Despite the fact that there always seem to be a ton of road traffic cops about. Every day i see children not strapped in, or people talking on their mobile phones or tail gating or cutting you up, so if I can see it, why can't the police?
