Al Ahli is the best of a bad lot. You can go to the emergency room with most complaints as it is not a true emergency room (in a real emergency you would go to Hamad the major state run hospital). There is the family medicine section in the main part of the hospital for GP style treatment. Anyone is free to register, as long as you pay (AND HOW you do pay) or have good insurance.
