i have been flying with many airlines but i dont know for what this airline claims as 5star.? i have personally seen and raised many complaints when i noticed poorest customer serice by them onboard aircraft, their tickets are really over priced and they really misuse of their freedom here as only airline i hope some day they will realise and it will be toooo late for them, as nothings stays same all the time, All the best to frequent flyers..!
