Don't know about anyone else but I stopped going to such events years back.
One year at the tennis they wouldn't let us park inside (in the parking lot, which is there for decorative purposes only) so everyone parked on the road leading up from Oryx roundabout. After the fixture the police had given all the cars 500QR tickets.
We saw the ballz up at the Asian Games football final where the venue was changed from a large to small venue at the last minute, and then extra tickets sold, resulting in thousands of genuine ticket holders being locked out.
Then recently there was the Asian Cup final debacle...
Personally I'm not willing to take the risk that buying a ticket means just buying a worthless piece of paper.
