Iran won't have many chances to launch anything worth while, so I'm sure they won't waste anything on the city of Doha. If they lob anything into Qatar, they would be trying their best to hit the U.S. base. Their military is pathetic, they can't even keep from hitting each other in the air everytime they have an air show. They just don't have enough military might to close the Straight long enough to cause any real economic concern, Iran knows this, they aren't stupid, they have a bad case of little man syndrome.
