The Supervisors treat you like dirt; they have no idea about how to lead and inspire; the crew live in fear of being fired for making a mistake with a passenger; cabin crew turnover is very high as people won't stand the way they are treated; good cabin crew don't plan to stay with the airline for a long time - just long enough to get experience and then move on as they are treated so badly; and rumours abound about how the airline wins its 5-star award.
