The private sector, on its part, says there are hardly any nationals with some experience who like to take up work with private companies since the public sector “absorbs them all”.
“Nationals are not available for employment at all so how can we attract them to the private sector. The jobless ratio among nationals is almost nil or negligible,” says prominent industrialist, Abdul Hadi Al Shahwani.'
