Fly Dubai is a basic, no frills way to get to Dubai. It is basically like riding a bus. No, no one will be your personal concierge to help you with anything so you may want to choose another airline, although for such a short flight I am not sure if there would be extra assistance anyway. In any case, be prepared for getting yourself and your family on and off buses, which take you to the plane, which you are then expected to walk up (and down when you get there). I have three kids, one is an infant, and we've used them twice, once with only me and the infant. I guess it depends on your definition of help, but I didnt expect nor receive any extra attention or assistance except for one time and that was from a fellow passenger, not the flight attendants.
