Anyone entering should read the terms carefully: They want you to transfer ownership of your fully model-released and property-released photos to them, and they must never have been used commercially.
In other words, they want you to act as an unpaid professional photographer for them. This will allow them to build up a big database of photos that they can use commercially for future advertising without having to pay anyone for them.
If you like that and have the skills to ensure everything is correctly released, go for it.
