The hadiths you posted are not the only hadiths on this topic and if you do a search on the net or even QL itself you will find evidence FOR niqab as well.
As for your wanting such a law then its your own desire... you have the right to want what you want and I have the right to want what I want. And I hope and pray the niqab is never banned in the land of the Muslims at least. Its now up-to Allah to fulfill either your duas or mine!
