Aramco is an excellent company,all things are done and followed as per policies,good to work there.Less scope of job for ladies in Saudi.If she gets the job in Aramco then great.Aramco has its own community,which is much free compared to outside saudi community.
Qp is equally good,good social life in Qatar.Great family life.Freedom for ladies to Drive.
You need to decide what you need,money or social life...,I vote for QP.
