Your company cannot provide you with a family visa...not unless i know the rules are changed but you have to apply for a family visa YOURSELF. Double check with them first, they could mean you are eligible for family accommodation, allowance, ticket etc but as far as I know companies dont issue visa for family...the Immigration does and for that you need the above mentioned documents.

I could be wrong perhaps someone else might know better.
