Exactly...put the criminal to jail or get him/her to pay blood money increases chances of his/her wasta coming into play. Some "kind heart" charity will come to the "rescue" and off goes the killer free to kill again and inspire others to do so too. Nah...its not gonna work! Only putting the wrongdoers to death will solve this dilemma, Inshallah.
Brings to mind the Sri Lankan guys who committed armed robbery in the ME and were executed. Since then any Lankan coming to work abroad in the Gulf is dead scared to even consider such crimes knowing the penalty that awaits it. Likewise if even one of these barbarians are put to death it will at least make a future criminal have some fear where see currently they are so boldly committing such atrocities.
